These Terms govern the use of Entrela, a digital product developed and operated by FRC Consultores Associados LTDA, Brazilian company registration 22.052.463/0001-30, headquartered in Recife-PE, Brasil. FRC is responsible for providing and operating the platform. Contact: contato@frcconsultores.com.br. Using the application implies reading, understanding, and fully accepting these Terms of Use.
Entrela organizes self-reported information and connected-device data to facilitate conversations between the user and a linked professional. It does not diagnose, triage severity, or recommend treatment.
The user agrees to:
- Provide true and up-to-date information;
- Keep their access credentials confidential;
- Use the application ethically, lawfully, and consistently with its information-organization and communication purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
Information recorded in Entrela does not replace professional assessment. The application does not provide medical advice or make automated care decisions.
5. Professional subscription on Android
Patients use Entrela for free. In the Android application distributed through Google Play, professionals may purchase Entrela Professional on a monthly or annual term. When the account is eligible, Google Play may offer 30 free days; after that period, the subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown before confirmation until canceled. Billing, payment method, cancellation, refunds, and management follow Google Play terms. FRC does not receive full card details. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period unless the platform revokes or refunds the purchase.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect service improvements or legislative changes. The user will be informed of relevant changes and, when necessary, will be asked to accept again to continue using the application.
7. Venue and Applicable Law
This document is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue of the user’s domicile is elected, except where otherwise required by law. By using Entrela, the user declares awareness of and agreement with these Terms of Use.
