It allows users to record self-reported behavioral and subjective information, and enables duly linked healthcare professionals to view, organize, and review that data. Using the application implies reading, understanding, and fully accepting these Terms of Use.
2. Nature of the Service
Entrela organizes self-reported information and connected-device data to facilitate conversations between the user and a healthcare professional. The application does not replace in-person appointments; decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare professional responsible for the user’s care.
3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to:
Provide true and up-to-date information;
Keep their access credentials confidential;
Use the application ethically, lawfully, and consistently with its care-support purpose.
4. Limitation of Liability
Entrela is not responsible for clinical decisions made solely on the basis of data recorded in the application without adequate professional assessment. Clinical responsibility always remains with the healthcare professional responsible for care.
5. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect service improvements or legislative changes. The user will be informed of relevant changes and, when necessary, will be asked to accept again to continue using the application.
6. Venue and Applicable Law
This document is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue of the user’s domicile is elected, except where otherwise required by law. By using Entrela, the user declares awareness of and agreement with these Terms of Use.
